01About the service

Who we are

NII Iznanka (iznanka.tech, formerly NOTFOUND VPN) is a key-based VPN and the team that builds it. We issue keys free of charge.

▸ Consent

By getting a key in your account on the website or in the bot, you agree to these terms. We record the date and the version you agreed to.

By using the key, website, bot or apps of NII Iznanka, you also agree to them. If you do not agree, simply do not get a key or use the service, and data already collected can be deleted (section 07).

02Access

Key and limits

You get a key in your account on the website (a confirmed email is required) or in the Telegram bot (a subscription to the project channel is required)
The key is personal: one key for your devices; the number of devices and the speed are shown in your account
You do not need to pay for a key. Donations are voluntary and do not affect access
If someone sells you an “NII Iznanka key”, that is not us

03Rules

What is not allowed

Giving your key to other people or reselling access
Using NII Iznanka for anything prohibited by the law of your country
Attacking, scanning or overloading other systems and our infrastructure: DDoS, password guessing, spam, spreading malware
Interfering with the SPHERES, the website and the bot, or bypassing limits

▸ Consequences

For a violation the key is revoked and the account is blocked (section 09).

What we keep

We keep only what the service cannot work without. Everything is in our database, and the keys in it are encrypted.

05Data

What we do not keep

The contents of your traffic: it is encrypted and passes through the SPHERE as an opaque stream
The addresses of sites you open and DNS requests: the SPHERES neither record nor collect them
A connection log with your IP: the SPHERE sees the address while the channel is open and does not record it
Website visit logs: the web server does not keep them
Bank card details: only the payment service sees them
Passport, phone number and documents: we do not ask for them

We do not sell data or pass it to advertising networks. There are services some features cannot work without:

If a lawful request arrives, we can only hand over what we actually keep (section 04). What we do not have, we cannot hand over.

07Deletion

How to erase data

Devices are removed in your account or in the bot immediately, together with their keys in every SPHERE
To delete the whole account (key, devices, email, tickets), contact support from your account or at support@iznanka.tech
Data leaves database backups as they are replaced

08Liability

No warranty

The service is provided as is. We do not promise one hundred percent availability: SPHERES get blocked, hardware breaks, the team fixes it. We are not responsible for what you do through NII Iznanka or for losses caused by interruptions.

09Blocking

When we close access

For breaking the rules in section 03 the team revokes the key and blocks the account. If you think it is a mistake, contact support and we will sort it out.

10Changes

Version of ${EDITION}

The terms may change. A new version appears on this page, and we announce important changes in the @notfound404vpn channel.
